Returns Policy


We always want to keep our customers happy, as a result we will gladly exchange purchased product(s) within 5 days from the date of receipt. 

Once we have received a request, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you courier it back to us. We will then inspect the product for any type of damages and once the product has been approved for return, we will ship the preferred product. We will only incur the delivery charges provided we shipped an incorrect product or the product was damaged whilst in-transit. Please note that the customer will incur the delivery charges should they wish to exchange the product due to their oversight.

Please note that we will do our utmost best to ensure that you receive the correct and quality product for your peace of mind. We will provide you with all the proof prior to shipping e.g. pictures of the product(s), dimensions, confirm your address etc.


Changed your mind? We guarantee you you wouldn't. Nevertheless, we believe in our genuine leather products to the extent that we will offer our customers a full refund should they change their mind within 5 days from date of receipt. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product reaches the said address in the original condition with all the package intact. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. We will provide details and process the refund as soon as we have confirmed receipt of the goods. No returns on sale products.
